We have partnered with Springfield Farms located in Sparks, Maryland to source only the best turkeys for your Thanksgiving dinner. These turkeys are local, free range, farm raised turkeys straight from Sparks.

Ordering a smoked turkey from Smoke for your thanksgiving dinner means you will have all of the flavors of #hickorysmokedgoodness with none of the work.

We will carefully brine your Thanksgiving turkey in a special sweet tea blend for 24 hours. After that, we will smoke your dinner in our state of the art, Southern Pride smoker. If you’re looking for a perfectly juicy, perfectly smoked turkey as the star of your Thanksgiving meal, you have come to the right place.

These turkeys are approximately 15 pounds. We recommend 1.5 pounds of meat per person. On that recommendation a 15 pound turkey will feed approximately 10 people, or 6 people + leftovers.
